This site collects almost nothing.
This notice covers towertell.com — the page you are reading and the access-request form on it. If you have been sent a link to a 3D property tour, what is measured there is covered by a separate notice, shown to you inside the tour itself.
Who we are
TowerTell LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Reach us at privacy@towertell.com for any question or request in this notice. For our own website and broker portal we are the data controller.
Requesting access
The form on this site is the only place we ask you for anything. If you submit it, we receive what you typed:
- Your name and work email
- Your company and role
- The tower or project you are asking about, its market and sales stage
- A preferred time to speak, and how you heard about us
We use it for one purpose: to decide whether to offer you access and to reply to you. It reaches us as an email. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list. Our lawful basis is your request itself — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our own product.
We keep it for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we remember who we have already spoken to. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Browsing this site
No cookies, no tracking, no advertising
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything. We cannot tell who you are unless you fill in the form.
Two things happen automatically and are worth being straight about. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the request. And like all web hosting, our provider records ordinary server logs — including the IP address of requests — to serve the site, keep it available and block abuse. Those logs are short-lived, we do not use them to build any profile of you, and we do not connect them to form submissions.
The broker portal
Sign-in at portal.towertell.com is for people whose firm already works with us, and is by invitation only. If you have an account we hold your name, work email, role and the organisation you belong to, in order to run the service under our contract with that firm. Your employer decides who has access.
Who else is involved
We keep the list deliberately short. To run this site and reply to you we rely on providers in these categories:

We will name the specific providers to anyone who asks — write to privacy@towertell.com and we will send the current list. Clients and prospective clients receive it as a matter of course during diligence.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with transfer restrictions, your data is transferred there under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism. Ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
Your choices
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict how we use it, and complain to your data protection authority.
Email privacy@towertell.com and we will respond within one month. Because this site collects so little, in most cases the answer is simply the form you sent us — and we can delete it on request.
Security, children, and changes
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it.
TowerTell is a professional tool for property sales and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we change this notice we will update the date above, and tell you directly where the change is significant.
